Muay Thai Instructor

Mike is a former professional Muay Thai and MMA fighter. He is from 'Life of a Fighter', a Health and Fitness Lifestyle brand dedicated to Educate, Inspire and Improve the lives of thousands of martial artists.  For more info visit their official website.

Chris

Shotokan Karate Instructor

Chris started karate at the age of 7 at a local karate club. In August of 2014 he became a black belt at the age of 15 and it was the greatest day of his life. Since then he has continued training and started his own class, teaching people who struggled with the larger classes. 

Robert

Capoeira Instructor

Robert started training martial arts in 2000. 4 years later he joined a Capoeira class and has not seized to train the Brazilian art form ever since. Today, known in the Capoeira world as Instrutor Mexicano, he is one of the founders and lead instructors of a school called Academia Capoeira, teaching children and adults of all ages.
